Structure and support you can stick to
S30 Mt Eden is a group training gym in Kingsland, independently owned and run.
A big reason we do this is to help our community use exercise to support their mental health as well as their physical health. We want the studio to be a place where people can train, connect and feel supported in all parts of their lives.
The room
Switch off and focus
Low light, music and no mirrors. Train at your own level, with coaches who know your name and no pressure to perform.
